The document enacts Khyakimliks of the regions (velayats), cities, and counties (etraps), Council of Elders of Turkmenistan in honor of 71st anniversary of the Great Victory in the war of 1941-1945 years to organize in a solemn ceremony, on behalf of the President of Turkmenistan, handling cash gifts in the amount of 200 manats and valuable gifts to veterans of war, and widows of soldiers killed in the war.
In accordance with the Order of President of Turkmenistan in honor of the 71<sup>st</sup> anniversary of the Great Victory, valuable gifts will be presented to veterans of the Great Patriotic War
